BI METAL : Stainless steel 304 & Steel with 7mm Plain shank
A bi-metallic screw is compromised of two metal types. The point is manufactured from high-carbon steel that is heat-treated to give it the ability to self drill. The head section is made from a corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304.
The two metals are 'fused' to form a screw that offers excellent self-drilling properties, combined with exceptional corrosion resistance.
These Steeltite Self Drilling Screws are designed specifically for drilling through thin sheet metal. They feature a drill point end.
Steeltite screws have a Hex flange head and are commonly used as a roofing screw, these are without a neoprene sealing washer.
