The Centre is measured from the centre of one leg to the centre of the other leg ( not between the legs ). If the only measurement available is the distance between the legs, then add on the material diameter to get the Centre measurement.
For example: If distance between the legs is 50mm and the U Bolt material diameter is M6, then added together the Centre measurement = 56mm.
NB = Nominal Bore is the internal diameter of the pipe the U Bolt will fit.
