Helical Spring Heavy Lock Washer
Unlike a Bright Zinc, this has a dull Matt Zinc plated finish.
Also known as Zinc Clear, these are not Galvanized.
The heavy duty series spring washers are designed to handle the loads developed by high strength fasteners like Grade 8 & Socket cap screws.
The smaller outside diameter reduces the clearance that is needed for the regular series spring washers.
The lower profile also reduces the clearance needed of the head of the assembly.
Material = Medium Carbon steel
